Kathy offers unique and vibrant abstracted landscape and figurative paintings. With a passion for color and texture, Kathy's paintings evoke a sense of wonder and awe.
Education: BS Plastics Engineering UMass Lowell as well as numerous painting classes.
3/2023 to present: teaching adult painting and collage at Cain Center for the Arts, Cornelius, NC as well as teaching group painting events
2008-2023: Muralist, group and individual painting teacher, child and teen teacher in Mt.View, CA and Cornelius NC
Other professional experience: 10 years engineering, 8 years technical sales
Kathy's work has been exhibited in galleries including Mooresville Arts, Cain Center for the Arts Gallery and Eno Mill Gallery. She has also exhibited at Garibaldi event and other events in California.
Kathy has served on the Gallery Committee at Mooresville Arts since 2021 and is a member of the Guild of Charlotte Artists, Gastonia Art Guild, and Lake Norman plein air painters.
Kathy's love for nature and her artistic talent combine to create stunning landscapes that are sure to inspire. With over 20 years of experience, Kathy's paintings are highly sought after by collectors and art enthusiasts alike. All of Kathy's paintings are original works of art, created by hand in her studio.
